When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. We ship all packages via USPS and your tracking number will me emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
I ordered the wrong size.
At this time we are NOT accepting returns or exchanges. Please be sure you order the correct color, size and fit when you place your order.

My product arrived damaged.
At this time we are not accepting returns or refunds. If your product was damaged upon arrival, please email us a picture of the package and the damages. We will review and react accordingly.
I missed my scheduled appointment.
You can reschedule your missed appointment within 7 business days after a missed appointment. If the 2nd scheduled appointment is missed; you will have to reschedule through the website. No refunds will be given for missed appointments.
My journal or planner does not look like the on screen version.
Actual printed copy colors vary to onscreen colors. This is due to pixels, type of paper used when printing and toner levels. Toner colors vary based on level of toner when job was ran. We also update our planners and journals based on how we elevate and evolve in our journey.
